摘要
随着电子商务的发展,生鲜电商成为蓝海市场,但是物流问题始终是其发展的瓶颈,生鲜农产品的食品安全问题也是当下社会高度关注的问题。文中将对目前我国生鲜农产品电商主要采用的三大冷链物流模式采用模糊综合评价法,同时结合层次分析法和德尔菲法建立评价模型,引进经典案例进行分析,得出其发展趋势和特点,并对当下的冷链物流提出相关建议。
With the development of electronic commerce,fresh electricity contractor has become blue ocean market,but the logistics problem has always been the bottleneck of its development. At the same time,food safety problems of fresh agricultural products cause social attention. This paper will combinethe fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,AHP and Delphi method to analysis the mainly three logistics modes which adopted by fresh agricultural products e-commerce enterprises at present,in order to set up the evaluation model. The result will be analyzed in three case to summarize its development trends and characteristics,and puts forward some suggestions on cold chain logistics.
