基于Grey-DEMATEL快递实名制制约因素分析

Analyzing Real-name System Constraints Factors of Express-delivery Basing on Grey-DEMATEL Method

文中首先基于利益相关者理论与实地调研归纳出影响我国快递实名制的制约因素,然后采用GreyDEMATEL方法对制约因素进行原因结果分析。研究结果表明:缺乏专门的法律对快递公司加以规范是快递实名制实施受阻的最根本因素,而快递企业之间的不正当竞争是最关键的制约因素。因此,政府要在快递实名制的实施上做出更多的努力,加强完善技术性政策的同时还要加强监管,同时快递企业也要提高企业社会责任感,积极贯彻国家方针。

The constraints of real-name express-delivery is firstly generalized based on the stakeholder theory and enterprise interview,and then the cause-result of the constraints is analyzed. The results are as follows： the lack of relevant laws and regulations to regulate the behavior of the express company is the most fundamental factor for propelling the real name system,and the unfair competition among express enterprises is the most critical constraint. So,the government should make greater efforts to strengthen the technical policy and improve supervision. At the same time,the express enterprises should take more social responsibility and implement the national policy actively.
