Theoretical Connotation and Dimension of Dynamic Management Innovation Capability

创新能力与动态能力构建了组织内部的动态创新能力,现有动态创新能力的研究还处于初级阶段。文中以管理创新与动态能力为基础,对企业的动态管理创新能力进行深入的分析和探索。在系统回顾管理创新与动态能力理论现有研究的基础上,分析了两者之间的关联性,解释组织培养动态管理创新能力的必要性。此外,结合现有研究阐述了动态管理创新能力理论的内涵、构成维度以及研究中存在的问题,并对动态管理创新能力研究的未来研究方向进行分析探讨。

Dynamic innovation capabilities of an organization is built by innovation abilities and dynamic abilities,but the existing research is still in its infancy. In this paper,based on the management innovation and dynamic capability,innovation ability of dynamic management of the enterprise in-depth analysis and exploration. In systematic review management innovation and dynamic capability theory,on the basis of existing research,analyzes the correlation between the two,explains the necessity to develop the innovative ability of dynamic management organization. In addition,combined with the existing research,the article expounds the theory of dynamic management innovation connotation,constitute the dimension as well as the problems existing in the research,and the future research direction were analyzed.
