摘要
近几年在互联网购物的冲击下,传统零售业面临着高成本、高竞争、低回报、难扩张等难题,传统零售业需进行商业模式的改革和创新才能在市场中站稳脚跟。文中以Osterwalder的九要素模型为基础探索双重商业模式创新的路径,并选取永辉超市进行案例分析,根据对永辉超市的分析和总结引申出对我国传统零售业商业模式创新的思考,传统零售业可以通过双重商业模式来实现高低端市场的同时运转,以此来保持企业的生命力。
In recent years,under the impact of Internet shopping,the traditional retail industry is faced with the problems of high cost,high competition,low return and difficult expansion. Traditional retail industryneeds reform and innovation of business model to gain a foothold in the market. this paper Bases on Osterwalder's nine-factor model to explore the path of dual business model innovation,and chooses Yonghui Supermarket for case-analysis to givesome reflections on the innovation of traditional retail business model. In order to maintain the vitality of enterprises,The traditional retail industry can running dualbusiness model on the high-end low-end market.
