中国劳动力市场匹配效率的研究

摘要 我国劳动力市场已从单一的失业问题发展到失业与岗位空缺共存的尴尬局面,传统的供需理论对解决这一矛盾存在着明显的缺陷。因此,文中以匹配理论为指导,利用我国30个省份1996—2014年间的面板数据,采用非线性二阶段最小二乘法来实证分析我国劳动力市场的匹配效率,结果发现:失业人员再就业的数量在很大程度上取决于失业存量、在岗求职者数量以及岗位空缺数的变化;我国劳动力市场匹配效率低,受到求职者与岗位再分配的严重冲击。 China's labor market has developed from a single unemployment problem to the embarrassment of unemployment and job vacancies coexist,so there are obvious flawsusing the traditional supply and demand theory to solve this contradiction.Therefore,based on the matching theory,this paper uses the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 1996 to 2014 to analyze the matching efficiency of China's labor market by using the nonlinear two-stage least squares method. The results show that the number of reemployed depend largely on the stock of unemployed,the number of job seekers and the number of job vacancies. The efficiency of labor market matching in our country is low,which is seriously affected by the redistribution of job seekers and job.
