供给侧改革背景下,对我国物流行业的发展提出了更高水平的要求,而物流行业要想取得一定的发展,必须要有高素质的物流管理人才作为保障。我国高职院校物流管理人才培养模式还存在很多的问题,使其难以满足供给侧改革对物流行业发展的需求。文中在对其进行全面分析的基础上,提出相应的对策与建议,以全面完善我国高职院校物流管理人才的培养模式,以期在供给侧改革的过程中,全面促进物流行业健康长期的发展。
