“Structural Reform and Construction of Social Governance System”:A Review of China Social Governance Forum (2016)

在现阶段,"构建社会治理体系及其运行机制"有着现实的背景和对应问题,已经成为学术界和实务部门高度关心的热点问题。在这一背景下,中国社会治理高端论坛(2016):"结构性改革与社会治理体系构建"学术研讨会关注了社会实践热点,回应了实践中的工作难点,就"社会矛盾""中国社会体制改革""结构性矛盾""社会治理体系构建""社会治理创新实践"等多个主题展开了深入的交流和研讨。与会专家、学者主要观点认为:社会治理体系构建的目标在于通过结构性调整解决当前面临的社会矛盾冲突问题,推进社会治理体系和社会治理现代化,既与现代社会治理的复杂、多样和动态特征有关,又与社会治理的资源约束密切相关,需要考虑改革的资源限度和改革的次序,重构社会想象和社会创新。

At present stage,＂the construction of social governance system and its operating mechanism＂which have a realistic background and corresponding issues,are becoming hot topics in the academic world and practice sectors. Under such circumstances,Chinese Social Governance Forum（ 2016,the symposium of ＂Structural Reform and Construction of Social Governance System ＂paid heed to those heated social practice,responded to those difficult points in practice and many topics such as social contradictions,Chinese social system reform,structural contradictions and social governance system,the innovation of social governance practice were deeply explored and discussed. The experts and scholars mainly thought that the aims of constructing social governance system lie in the solution to the present problems of social conflicts which we are faced with through structural adjustments,promoting the system of social governance and modernizing social governance,All this is not only relevant to complex,diversified and dynamic characteristics of modern social governance, but also closely to resource constraints of social governance. Therefore,it is necessary for us to take into consideration of the resource limitation and order of reform. What is needed is the reconstruction of social imagination and social innovation.
