三种对抗手机蓝光方法的实际效果测试

The Effect Test on Three Methods of Against Mobile Phone Blue Light

手机可以产生很强的蓝光,蓝光对人的眼睛伤害很大。人们经常采用三种方法来减小手机蓝光对眼睛的伤害,分别是帖手机膜、改变手机屏幕背景色和使用手机软件的护眼功能。利用光栅光谱仪对手机膜和手机屏幕背景色的抗蓝光效果进行测试,对一款手机软件的护眼功能进行测试。从实验的结果来看,改变手机屏幕背景色和使用手机软件的护眼功能有一定的消弱蓝光的作用,实验所采用的手机膜没有起到消弱蓝光的作用。

The mobile phone can produce strong blue light,while it is harmful to peoples＇ eyes. Three kinds of methods are used to decrease the hurt coming from the blue light,which are by sticking a mobile phone film,changing the mobile phone screen background color,and downloading some software with the eye protection function,respectively. In this paper,the effect of resistant to blue light of the mobile phone film and mobile phone screen background color has been tested by using the grating spectrometer,and the eye protection function that brings by the mobile phone software has been also tested. The results show that changing the screen background color and using the mobile phone software with the eye protection function can decrease the blue light to a certain degree,but the mobile phone film by used in test cannot give this effect.
