呼和浩特抽水蓄能电站机组安装典型案例分析

摘要 呼和浩特抽水蓄能电站主机设备在安装和调试期间出现过转子磁极频繁接地、转子磁极线圈开裂、上导瓦烧瓦事故、止漏环温度异常上升、机座环拉紧螺杆断裂、机座环拉紧螺杆套管内进浆、机转子上挡风板吊杆螺母及锁片松动等问题,涉及到主机设备的设计、制造和施工工艺等缺陷。经厂家、监理和施工承包商等单位技术人员现场测试、探讨分析与研究,各项问题均得到了满意的解决,为国产设备在设计、制造和安装工艺的改进提供了宝贵经验。 In the installation and commissioning of the generator units in Hohhot Pumped Storage Power Station,various accidents and problems are encountered,such as the frequent grounding of the rotor poles,cracking of the rotor pole coil,burning of the upper guiding bearing,abnormal temperature rising of the sealing ring,breaking of the stretching screws for the stay ring,which are caused by different reasons involving the design,manufacture and construction. In this paper,typical cases are analyzed and the on-site commissioning and treatment are introduced. It could be a useful reference for the future improvement of the design,manufacture and installation techniques of domestic devices in pumped storage power stations.
