摘要
某大型水电站机组运行以后存在集电环装置温度高、碳刷接触面打火等问题,对机组的安全稳定运行造成直接威胁。通过对集电环装置改进优化,问题得到妥善解决,取得了效果良好。
In the operation of a large-scale hydropower station,problems such as the excessive high temperature and sparking in the contact surfaces of the carbon brushes are observed in the slip ring device,which could directly affect the safe and stable operation of the generator units. Thus,optimization schemes of the slip ring are proposed and adopted.After the renovation,the problems mentioned are successfully eliminated.
