Quality Supervision in the Manufacturing of Large-scale Hydro-turbine Generator Units

水轮发电机组为水电站电力生产的核心设备,委托有经验的设备制造监理单位在设备的制造厂派驻监造人员,从原材料质量控制、工序和质量点控制、设备出厂验收等方面进行过程控制,以保证得到合格及优质的发电机设备,即便在设备制造中出现质量问题,也易于发现,并能及时在制造厂内妥善处理和解决,为整个工程项目的质量控制奠定良好的基础。

Hydro-turbine generator units are the core equipment for the power generation of hydropower power stations.Thus,the quality supervision of their manufacturing is of great importance. In order to produce qualified and high-quality generator equipment,quality supervisors should be appointed from experienced supervision departments and stayed in the manufactory to control the whole manufacturing process,including the material quality control,process and quality point control,and the equipment acceptance control. With the quality supervision measures,quality problems occurred in the manufacturing process can be found and solved timely in the manufactory,which provides a good foundation for the quality control of the whole project.
