摘要
目前各种油雾的处理措施,除对密封盖板结构进行改造,增强其密封性能,尽量减少油雾的溢出,增大油槽空间、优化油雾吸收装置的布置和功率的选择等,尚需在研究不同转速下油槽中的油流情况及搅动特点,改善油槽内气压不平衡的状况,制定相应的处理措施。
The oil mist problem is commonly encountered in large-scale hydro-turbine generator units. Possible causes of this problem are analyzed and common treatment measures are introduced,such as the structural renovation of the sealing cover plate to improve its sealing performance and reduce the oil mist leakage,increasing of the oil sump space,optimization of the arrangement of oil mist absorption device and selection of its power. Also,the oil flow states and agitation characteristics in the oil sump under different rotation speed should be studied. Therefore,corresponding treatment measures could be made to alleviate the air pressure imbalance in the oil sump.
