安徽光皮桦种质基因收集及遗传改良进展

摘要 安徽省绩溪县镇头林场承担光皮桦国家重点林木良种基地建设以来,积极开展种质基因收集及遗传改良研究工作,取得预期进展。建立了1代种子园30 hm^2,满足当前阶段的光皮桦良种供应;开展了4批次半同胞子代测定,2批次6个亚群的全同胞子代测定;建立基因收集区20 hm^2,为安徽光皮桦持续遗传改良奠定了重要种质资源基础。 Since the national key forest tree fine variety base was set up on Zhentou Forest Farm of Jixi County,active work has been carried out in collecting and genetically improving germplasm genes of Betula luminifera and expected progress has been made. A 30-hectare first-generation seed orchard has been established to supply fine varieties; four batches of half-sib progeny tests and two batches of 6-subgroup all-sib progeny tests have been carried out; a 20-hectare gene collection area has been established,laying the foundation of important germplasm resources for sustainable genetic improvement of Betula luminifera.
