摘要
基于南京房屋竣工面积,估算获得建筑墙面涂料的使用量,利用排放系数法计算获得2000—2015年南京建筑墙面涂料挥发性有机物排放特征。结果表明,随着建筑业的迅速发展,近年来南京建筑墙面涂料VOCs排放呈现较大的增长,在2012年达到最高值,约为8 000 t。针对建筑墙面涂料VOCs排放特征,建议通过完善建筑墙面涂料VOCs排放标准和政策、优化建筑墙面涂料产品、提高水性涂料比例等措施,控制建筑墙面涂料VOCs污染排放。
Based on the completed floor area of Nanjing housing, the wall surface coating of buildings shall be calculated.Discharge coefficient method shall be adopted to obtain the volatile organic compounds(VOCs) discharge features of 2000—2015 Nanjing building wall surface costing.The results showed that VOCs discharge of Nanjing building wall surface costing increased rapidly with the great development of construction industry and reached the highest value about8 000 tons in 2012.In terms of VOCs discharge features of building wall surface costing, it was required to issue complete building wall costing VOCs discharge standards and relevant policy,optimize building wall surface costing products, improve water-based paint proportion etc to control building wall surface costing VOCs pollution discharge.
