摘要 采用石墨消解-电感耦合等离子体直角加速飞行时间质谱法(ICP-oa TOF-MS)测定了环境空气中6种金属元素的含量,确定了分析测试的最佳条件。研究结果表明:环境空气中6种金属元素的检出限均低于现行国家标准;加标回收率为94.5%~101.2%;相对标准差(RSD)低于4%。与其他方法相比,本方法具有快速准确、灵敏度高、检测限低等优点。本研究还对环境空气中的6种重金属元素在检测过程中的干扰进行了讨论,并提出了相应的干扰消除方案。 Six trace elements in ambient air was determined by Intelligent Graphite Digestion and Inductively Coupled Plasma-oa time of flight Mass Spectrometry(ICP-oa TOF-MS).Factors affecting the determination were analyzed in detail.The optimum condition for the determination was obtained.The limits of determination were lower than the current national standards, recycling rates ranged from 94.5% -101.2%.The relative standard deviation(RSD) was less than 4%.Compared with other methods, this method is a simple fast and accurate high sensitivity.For the influence factors of spectral interference were discussed, and the method of eliminating or reducing each type of spectral interference to all elements was put forward.
