摘要 针对一例110kV电缆接头新投运时发生故障,对其进行故障调查和模拟试验研究,其中外半导电层破损试验成功模拟故障发生过程,发现电缆接头故障原因为接头现场安装时工艺控制不良,外半导电屏蔽层破损导致破损处场强畸变而击穿,建议电缆接头现场制作时加强关键隐蔽工艺监督。 For an 110 kV cable connector fault when it put into operation, the fault investigation and simulate experiment is developed. The damage experiment of the outer semiconducting layer simulates the process of the fault successfully. It is found that the cable connector fault is caused by week controlling of the technique in the installation s i te , the breakdown caused by field strength distortion of the outer semiconducting layer due to its breakages. It is advised that the key subtle process stand-by supervision should be strengthened in the cable connector site.
