摘要
针对某330MW热电联产电厂原有等离子点火系统存在启不了弧或拉弧运行过程中易断弧等一系列问题进行深入分析研究,结合现场实际对等离子发生器、工艺管道系统、DCS组态及电气控制系统进行优化改造,实践表明改造后的等离子运行可靠性得到了较大的提高,缩短了机组启动并网时间,经济效益显著。
In view of the existing problems of the original plasma ignition system of a 330 MW cogeneration power p lan t , such a series of problems are analyzed and studied in the paper. Combined with the a ctual , plasma generator, process piping system, DCS configuration and electrical control system are optimized. Practice shows that the improved plasma operation reliability has been greatly improved, and the starting time of the unit is shortened. It has achieved significant economic benefits.
