摘要 采用VOF方法,结合RNGκ-ε紊流模型和单向流体自由追踪界面对台阶式溢洪道台阶段进行三维数值模拟。通过调整台阶式溢洪道平面布置、台阶级数和台阶尺寸对大华水库坝面溢洪道原设计方案进行优化。结合水工模型试验,分析比较原设计方案与优化方案台阶段水力特性,采用31级台阶、45级台阶、62级台阶三种优化体形后消能率增大,不设过渡段则流速最大值减小,流速最大值均不超过15 m/s。数值模拟计算值与水工模型实测值吻合较好,进一步表明VOF方法适用于台阶式溢洪道台阶段水流流动的三维模拟。 With VOF method,three dimensional numerical simulation of stepped spillway was carried out by using RNG k-s turbulence mod-el and the single-phase fluid to track the interface. The optimal solutions included adjusting layout of stepped spillway,steps and size of the original program. Combined with hydraulic model test,the hydraulic characteristics of the original program and optimal program flow- were an-alyzed. By the optimization of 31 steps,45 steps and 62 steps of three kinds,the shape of energy dissipation rate was increased. The maxi-mum velocity of transition section was greatly reduced and the maximum value was less than 15 m / s. Hydraulic model tests and numerical simulation calculations were in good agreement,which also showed three-dimensional simulation of flow in the platform phase was suitable for stepped spillway by using of VOF method.
