摘要
自清洗网式过滤器最佳排污时间决定着过滤器排污耗水量的大小以及过滤效率,对影响自清洗网式过滤器最佳排污时间的因素进行分析,发现过滤器最佳排污时间与过滤器进水含沙量、排污含沙量及过滤时间有关。为了探讨最佳排污时间的变化规律,进行了过滤器进水含沙量、排污含沙量及过滤时间对最佳排污时间影响的试验研究,结果表明:在不同预设压差值下,随进水含沙量的增大,排污含沙量增大。当排污时间达到10 s时,排污含沙量达到最大,在20 s以后排污含沙量趋于稳定。为保证过滤器高效率排沙并尽量减少排污耗水量,建议将排污时间控制为20~30 s。
The drainage water consumption and filtration efficiency are determined by the self-cleaning screen filter's optimal drainage time. It analyzed the impacted factors of self-cleaning screen filter's optimal drainage time and found that the optimal drainage time was related to the filter's inflow sediment,drainage flow sediment and filtration time. In order to analysis the change regularity of the optimal drainage time,the filter's inflow,sediment,drainage flow sediment and filtration time's impacts on the optimal drainage time were studied. The results show that in different preset pressure values,the drainage flow sediment increases with the inflow sediment's increase. When the drainage time reaches to about 10 s,the drainage flow- sediment reaches to the maximum and the drainage flow sediment is stabilized after 20 s. In order to ensure the high efficiency and minimize drainage water consumption, it recommends that the drainage time is better in the 2 0 -3 0 s.
