基于残余应力的单晶叶片榫头进气窗结构优化

摘要 针对单晶涡轮叶片榫头进气窗口区域的再结晶问题,以降低叶片榫头进气窗口应力集中区域残余应力值为目标,基于仿真迭代,通过对榫头进气窗口圆角半径的优化,实现了对再结晶区域精铸残余应力的调控。结果表明,单晶涡轮叶片进气窗口圆角半角R为1.2 mm时,应力集中区域热残余应力下降28.1%。通过实验证明该参数下进气窗口再结晶现象得到消除。 The recrystallization of a single crystal turbine blade tenon intake window caused by local stress concen-tration can lead to fatigue of the aeroengine. B y optimizing the structure of the tenon intake window,the residual casting stress of the recrystallization area can be decreased. T he results show that the radius of the small tangential round corner of the tenon intake window plays an important role in the formation of the local stress concentration. To reduce the residual casting stress of the recrystallization area,the radius of the small tangential round corner is opti-mized. On the basis of the simulation iterations,the optimized result is R = 1.2 mm and the thermal residual cast-ing stress is decreased by 28.1%. It is verified by experiment that the recrystallization of the intake window using the obtained parameter was eliminated.
