摘要
信阳毛尖茶初制加工有3种工艺,即手工加工、半手工半机械化加工和机械化加工。文章分析总结了3种初制加工工艺的流程、相关加工设备及技术参数,简要介绍了适合信阳毛尖茶炒制的几种机械设备,并对3种初制工艺加工的产品质量、现状及存在的问题进行了探讨,以期为信阳毛尖茶实现机械化、连续化生产提供依据。
There are three technologies for Xinyang Maojian Tea p rocessing, namely ,hand processing,semi-automatic processing and automatic processing. The processing procedure , related equipment and technical parameters for the three above processing technologies were analyzed and summarized in this article. A few machines suitable for Xinyang Maojian Tea processing were also introduced.In order to realize the mechanization and continuation of Xinyang Maojian Tea processing, the quality of the Xinyang Maojian Tea processed by the three above technologies, current situation and existing problems were also discussed.
