微信指导平台对乳腺癌术后患者功能锻炼依从性的效果评价

Effect of guidance by We Chat on compliance of functional exercise in postoperative patients with breast cancer

目的:探讨微信指导平台对乳腺癌术后患者功能锻炼依从性的影响效果。方法:将乳腺癌术后患者80例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组出院前由责任护士进行常规的功能锻炼指导;观察组在此基础上接受微信平台指导,收看微信功能锻炼视频及健康教育知识、与欢康家庭微信群患者实时群聊、遇有疑问随时咨询、得到随访护士一对一专业指导等。在2组患者出院3个月后对其功能锻炼依从性进行评价。结果:观察组在出院后3个月功能锻炼依从性与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过微信指导平台能够提高乳腺癌术后患者功能锻炼的依从性,为乳腺癌术后患者提供了灵活高效的护理干预方式。

Objective：To explore the effect of guidance by We Chat on functional exercise compliance of patients with breast cancer after operation.Methods：80 postoperative patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The patients in control group were given by exercise routine guidance before discharge;the observation group received the guidance by We Chat based usual care,such as functional exercise video,health education knowledge,group chat in real time with any doubt consulting,followed up a nurse professional guidance.The compliance of functional exercise was evaluated in 2 groups 3 months after discharge.Results：The difference of functional exercise compliance between the two groups was significant 3 months after discharge（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The guidance by We Chat can improve the compliance of functional exercise,it is a flexible and efficient nursing intervention model for postoperative patients with breast cancer.
