航海教育协同育人模式实践研究——以广州航海学院航海类人才协同育人平台为例 被引量:1

摘要 自《STCW公约》马尼拉修正案问世以来,随着航海科学技术日新月异的进步,船舶向着大型化、专业化、自动化方向不断发展,对高级船员的培养也带来了新的挑战,我校积极应对履约,不断提升航海教育质量,在航运业低迷的大环境下积极推进人才培养模式改革.根据广东省教育厅的批示我校挂牌成立航海类人才协同育人平台,平台实施运行以来集中校政企各方优势在人才培养模式、管理机制改革、促进学科发展等方面取得一定成效,增强了毕业生核心竞争力. Since the adoption of Manila Amendment of the STCW Convention, with the rapid development of navigation science and technology, the ship develops towards the direction of large scale, specialization and automation,which brings new challenges to the training of the seafarers. Our university is more active in the implementation of the new convention than any others. We continuously improve the quality of nautical education and promote the reform of the seafarers training mode during the depression period in the shipping industry. According to the instructions of the Guangdong provincial department of education, our university sets up a cooperative education platform for marine students, Since the establishment and operation, the platform has brought together the advantages of university, government and enterprise to make some achievements in the reform of the seafarers training mode and the management mechanism and to promote the development of the whole subject, and enhance the core competitiveness of graduates.
