应用型航海院校思想道德修养与法律基础课教材探析

The Textbook Exploration of Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis Course in Application-oriented Maritime University

从近年来教学过程中收集到的学生问题出发,对教材的编写现状进行探索和思考,指出现行教材中章节顺序安排上和课程的整体性安排上与当前的实际教学需要之间存在的瑕疵,以期今后在修订新版教材或开展教学实践时给予充分的改进;指出十八届四中全会提出的关于全面推进依法治国的相关要求也是大家需要给予充分考虑的因素.

Based on the collection of student7 problems in the teaching process, the author thought about and explored the current compilation of textbooks, and pointed out the defects between the overall arrangement of the current textbooks, curriculum arrangement of chapters and the current the actual teaching needs, in order to shed light upon the revision of the new textbooks in the future and carry out teaching practice; besides, it is also pointed out that we need to give full consideration of the relevant requirements of rule of law in which the fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee has proposed to promote.
