加强行业自律,促进国际交流 发挥行业协调和参谋助手作用——中国钨业协会六届五次理事会工作报告

Highlighting the Roles of Coordinator and Counselor for Tungsten Industry by Strengthening Industry Self-discipline and International Exchanges:A Working Report to the Sixth Plenary Session of China Tungsten Industry

回顾了中国钨业协会2016年所做的工作,分析了协会改革发展中存在的问题和面临的形势,提出了2017年工作指导思想和重点工作。强调要坚持履行服务宗旨和使命,全面贯彻落实党的十八大和十八届三中、四中、五中、六中全会精神和中央经济工作会议精神,牢固树立和贯彻落实创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的发展理念,按照党中央、国务院决策部署,针对行业和协会发展的热点问题,创新工作思路、转变工作作风,抓住关键问题、实现重点突破,增强协会发展后劲,促进行业健康平稳发展;要加强行业协调,推进企业创新驱动、绿色发展,推进两化融合、为政府实施有效的行业监管服好务,为加快产业转型升级服好务;要加强行业自律,积极建言献策,搭建服务平台,充分发挥好桥梁纽带和参谋助手作用;要加强自身建设,坚持勤俭办会、企业家办会,维护行业企业利益,不断提升协会的影响力、凝聚力和公信力。

After reviewing the tasks accomplished by China Tungsten Industry Association in 2016, this paper lists the work focuses and guiding principles of 2017 based on analyzing the existing problems against the new back drop. In accordance with the strategic decisions made by the State Council, we shall innovate the working methods to achieve major breakthroughs in managing the national tungsten industry. Great attention shall be focused on the development potential for the association to promote a healthy and stable development of the industry. We shall strengthen industry coordination and technology innovation for an effective tungsten industry regulation and a high quality industrial transformation and upgrading. In addition, we shall be committed to enhance industry self-discipline for a better roles of coordinator and counselor for tungsten industry. The application of these measures will definitely enhance the association’s influence,cohesion and credibility.
