摘要
本文设计组装了一套热辐射红外传感实验装置,利用该装置研究了被测物表面热辐射强度与探测距离、物体温度及其表面结构间的关系。实验结果表明:物体的温度与其热辐射强度在探测距离不变时呈良好的一次线性关系;在温度保持不变时,物体的热辐射强度与探测距离的平方呈反比。通过实验数据分析及处理,求得物体温度与热辐射强度、探测距离与热辐射强度之间的关系式,并讨论了该实验研究结果在测温和测距方面的应用前景。
This paper is through a series of experiments of the temperature and thermal radiation intensity and the distance between detection to find that temperature of the object and its detection range of thermal radiation intensity represents a constant linear relationship; when the temperature stays changes,the object and the detection of thermal radiation intensity inversely proportional to the square of the distance.By mapping the corresponding experimental data analysis and data fitting and some other methods,the object temperature and heat radiation can be respective obained and thermal radiation detection range and the functional relationship between the intensity can be measured.The temperature measurement of heat radiation and thermometer can be developed according to that,which shows a superiority of this measurement method and a huge prospect in the field of infrared imaging,nuclear power plants and other special areas of space exploration.
