As an advanced management idea,Theory of Constraints also has significant values in other areas. This paper analyses the problems of present lo-gistics enterprises from comprehensive and multiple points of view. It is necessary to introduce Theory of Constraints and strengthen logistics management. Based on the problems？ the paper deeply discusses the necessity of the introduction to strengthen logistics management, and finally puts forward corre-sponding countermeasures to promote rapid development of logistics enterprises under the background of China’s new normal economy.
