摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定妇宝颗粒中芍药苷的含量。方法采用Extend C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5"m);以乙腈-1mL·L^(-1)磷酸溶液(11∶89)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长为230nm。结果芍药苷在223~3 330ng(r=0.999 9)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.4%,RSD值为1.0%(n=9)。结论该方法快速、准确、重复性好,可用于妇宝颗粒中芍药苷的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of peoniflorin in Fubao Granules.Methods The analysis was performed on an Extend C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)column with acetonitrile-1mL·L-1phosphate acid(11∶89)as the mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1,and the detection wavelength was 230 nm.Results The calibration curve was linear within the range of 223-3 330ng(r=0.999 9),and the average recovery was 98.4%,RSD was 1.0%(n=9).Conclusion The method was rapid,accurate,and reproducible,and could be used for the quality control of peoniflorin in Fubao Granules.
