“钻石模型”视角下战略性新兴产业创新绩效影响因素的实证研究——以新一代信息产业为例

Empirical Study on Determinants of Innovation Performance of Strategic Emerging Industries Based on Diamond model:Taking New Generation Information Industry as Example

基于对现实和理论的考察,在现有文献与"钻石模型"的基础上,对战略性新兴产业创新绩效的影响因素进行了综合分析。以新一代信息产业为例,利用2010—2014年的相关数据,采用多元回归模型对各因素的具体影响进行实证分析。结果表明:当众多因素共同影响时,新一代信息产业的生产要素、需求多样性、相关产业以及政府等因素对创新绩效具有更为显著的影响,而市场规模、支持产业以及竞争等因素的影响没有通过显著性检验;中国战略性新兴产业具有较高的技术水平与产业相关性,存在巨大的市场发展空间,但也存在创新型人才不足、垄断以及与政府支持脱节等问题。

Based on the investigation in theory and practice,this paper analyzes the determinants of innovation performance of strategic emerging industries on the basis of the existing literatures and the framework of ＂diamond model＂,and analyzes the specific impacts of various factors by using the multiple regression model and the relevant data on new generation of information industry from 2010 to 2014.The results show as follows：the determinants such as production factors,demand diversity,related industry and government,have more significant effects on the innovation performance of new generation of information industry,and the impact of market scale,support industry and competitive fail to pass the test of significance;the strategic emerging industry in China has higher technological level and correlation with other high-tech industries,and has a huge market development space,but also exists the problem such as the shortage of innovative talents,monopoly and mismatching with the government support.
