摘要
唐钢中厚板厂在超快冷工艺条件下开发了煤矿液压支架用Q460C高强钢。通过合理的成分设计,减少了钢中合金元素的用量,降低了生产成本;配合优化的控轧控冷工艺,使组织得到细化,带状组织减少。性能检测结果表明,Q460C钢板在超快冷条件下具有较高的强韧性及良好的冷弯性能,完全符合国标要求。
By means of ultra-fast cooling process,Tangsteel develops high strength steel Q460 C for hydraulic support in coal mine. On the basis of rational chemical composition design,the addition amount of alloying elements in steel and production cost are reduced. In combination with optimized controlled rolling and controlled cooling technique,the microstructure is refined and banded structure reduced as well. The results of mechanical test show that ultra-fast cooling Q460 C steel possesses high strength,high toughness and good cold bending performance,which satisfies the requirements of national standards.
