详细介绍了大型水轮发电机组用SXQ345D-Z35特厚钢板的设计思路、生产工艺过程和综合性能研究。检验结果表明:SXQ345D-Z35特厚钢板内部质量良好,具有优异的焊接性能、低温冲击韧性和厚度方向性能,完全可以满足大型水电工程的需要。
The design concept,production technology process and properties study of SXQ345D-Z35 ultra heavy plate for large hydrogenerator are described in detail. The test results indicate that the SXQ345D-Z35 ultra heavy plate is homogeneous in composition and has good internal soundness and excellent properties,such as weldability,low temperature impact toughness and through-thickness properties,meeting the needs of large hydropower projects.
