推钢式板坯加热炉炉底水梁节能改造实践

摘要 针对推钢式板坯加热炉炉底水梁振动问题,对炉底水梁结构进行系统改造,优化了水梁的刚度,并通过加装减震装置和改进水梁包扎形式的措施,有效地减轻了水梁及炉体剧烈振动现象,对改善坯料加热质量、提高产量、减少烧损起到至关重要的作用。 For the bottom water beam vibration problem of pusher-type slab reheating furnace,a systematic revamp is performed on furnace bottom water beam construction,the stiffness of the water beam is improved as well. By taking measures of adding damping device and improving the insulation form of water beam,the severe vibration of water beam and furnace body is reduced,which plays an important role in increasing the slab reheating efficiency,furnace output and burning loss.
