炉卷轧机轧制钢板表面质量改进实践 被引量:1

摘要 针对炉卷轧机轧制钢板的表面麻坑和红锈问题,通过优化加热制度、轧制工艺、除鳞时序等措施,卷轧钢板表面麻坑得到控制,平轧钢板表面红锈得到改善,除鳞不净问题基本杜绝,钢板表面质量明显提高。 For the surface pits and red rust problem of steel plate rolled by steckel mill,the reheating and rolling process,descaling sequence are optimized. As a result,the surface pits on coiled plate are effectively controlled,surface red rust on flat rolled plate and descaling problem eliminated,the surface quality is significantly improved.
