摘要
通过分析福建省泉州市鲤城区在城中村改造中的政策营销,从效能性、效率性、充分性、公正性、回应性和适合性六个方面对城中村政策营销的效果进行阐述,提出提高政策营销效果的几点建议:建立长期管理机构;加强前期的调研工作;注意协调相关利益群体的需求;以服务的理念来营销政策。
The article analyzes the policy marketing of “urban village” reconstruction in Lichen District of Quanzhou City, expounds the effects from six respects: effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, fairness, responsiveness, appropriateness. Through the analysis, the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the effect of policy marketing. First of all, government should establish a long-term management institution. Secondly, government should strengthen the investigation. Thirdly, government should take care of the requirements of relevant interest groups. At last, government should use the concept of service in policy marketing.
