摘要 试验以不同猪种为研究对象,检测MYOZ2基因在不同组织中的表达量,探究MYOZ2基因对猪生长性能的影响。结果表明,MYOZ2基因只在猪心脏和背最长肌中表达丰度高,在猪肌细胞组织中特异性表达。MYOZ2基因在生长速度较慢的小型猪(藏猪和滇南小耳猪)背最长肌中表达显著低于生长速度较快的引进猪(大约克猪和长白猪)(P<0.01),而藏猪与滇南小耳猪之间、大约克猪与长白猪之间比较,MYOZ2表达量差异不显著(P>0.05)。研究结果显示,MYOZ2基因只在猪心肌和背最长肌中特异表达,且该基因在快速生长猪肌肉组织中表达高于慢速生长猪,可能通过钙调磷酸酶-NFAT信号通路调节肌肉的生长,为猪生长性状的重要候选基因。 This experiment detected the expression of MYOZ2 gene in semi quantitative test and explore the effect of MYOZ2 gene on the growth performance of pigs. Semi quantitative test results showed that MYOZ2 gene was highly expressed only in the heart and dorsal muscle of pig, indicating that the expres-sion of MYOZ2 gene in muscle was specific. Fluorescence quantitative PCR results showed that MYOZ2 gene's expression in longissimus muscle of slow-growth miniature pig (TP and DSP) was significantly low-er than that of fast-growth introduction pig (YY and LL) ( P〈0. 01) ,and MYOZ2 gene's expression difference was not significant (0 P 〉0.5) between TP and DSP, YY and LL. (Conclusion)MYOZ2 gene was only expressed specificly in pig cardiac and longissimus muscle. It was higher in muscle of fast-growth pig than that of slow-growth pig and it may regulate muscle growth through calcium-NFAT signaling path-way preving ,MYOZ2 gene is an important candidate gene of pig growth traits.
