摘要
针对井下煤质变化,官地选煤厂原浮选加药方式导致浮选成本高,效果差的问题,该厂进行了"浮选自动加药"改造,通过改造及现场调试运行,不仅降低了药耗,而且提高浮精产率,取得了显著的经济效益,优化了煤泥水系统。
In view of the quality fluctuation of underground coal, Guandi Coal Preparation Plant had problems of high production cost and poor effect under the condition of the original flotation and dosing methods. The factory implements the upgrading engineering which is called the flotation automatic dosing system, test running has shown that the new system reduced the reagent consumption, increased the fined coal recovery rate, and achieved significant economic benefits, circulating water system also improved.
