铜川市水资源保护利用分析及对策研究

Analysis and Countermeasures of Protection and Utilization of Water Resources in Tongchuan

铜川市面临水资源严重短缺、局部水污染严重、境内部分重要河流生态基流缺乏、水生态环境脆弱等严峻形势,水已成为制约全市经济社会可持续发展的主要瓶颈。通过对铜川市水资源开发利用保护现状的调查分析和近期需水量、可供水量预测、供需平衡分析,分析了铜川市水资源开发利用保护存在的问题,提出了水资源开发利用保护和水生态环境建设的对策建议。

Tongchuan is facing the shortage of water resource, serious water pollution, the lack of ecological basic flow, and fragile water ecology issue. The issues have become the bottle neck of social and economic development. The problems of water resources protection and utilization were explored on the basis of investigating the current sta-tus of water resources utilization and the balance between water demand and water supply. The countermeasures of protecting and using water resources were put forward.
