血清肿瘤标志物联合乳腺钼靶诊断乳腺癌的效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究探讨血清肿瘤标志物联合乳腺钼靶诊断乳腺癌的临床效果及应用价值。方法随机抽取我院2015年3月~2016年的3月收治的100例经病理诊断确诊为乳腺癌的患者作为研究对象,所有患者均在术前实施钼靶X线摄片检查及血清肿瘤标志物检查,另取同期在我院接受体检确诊为乳腺良性病变的女性以及健康女性各100例作为对照,行相同检查,分别对两种方法的诊断结果进行统计,并计算其单独或联合应用时的诊断灵敏度、特异性、准确度。结果血清肿瘤标志物与乳腺钼靶单独或联合诊断乳腺癌的灵敏度分别为68.0%、80.0%、90.0%,特异性分别为79.5%、71.0%、80.0%,准确度分别为75.7%、74.0%、83.3%,可见联合诊断的效果均显著优于单独诊断结果,比较有统计学差异(P〈0.05)。结论血清肿瘤标志物联合钼靶诊断乳腺癌有利于诊断准确率的提高,为乳腺癌的早期治疗提供可靠依据。
