推拿针灸联合康复训练用于中风后遗症的价值研究

Massage Acupuncture Combined to Research the Value of the Stroke Sequela of Rehabilitation Training

目的研究推拿针灸联合康复训练在中风后遗症的应用价值。方法选取我院2013年3月~2015年12月收治的80例中风后遗症患者,随机分为对照组和研究组各40例。对照组接受康复训练治疗,研究组采取推拿针灸联合康复训练治疗,比较两组患者临床效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率为90%、生活质量总分为88.62±6.88分,显著高于对照组的75%和74.45±6.38分,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论推拿针灸联合康复训练可显著提高中风后遗症患者治疗效果及生活质量,值得在临床护理工作中推广使用。

Objective To study the massage acupuncture combined rehabilitation training in the application value of apoplectic sequela. Methods Our hospital from January 2013 to December 2013 were analyzed in 80 cases of patients with stroke sequela as the research object, to determine all of the patients families have to master the content of the research plan according to the facts and signed informed consent book each 40 cases were randomly divided into control group and research group, control group treated with rehabilitation training, the team to take massage acupuncture combined rehabilitation therapy, compared two groups of patients with clinical effect. Results Treatment group total effectiveness 90%, the quality of life scores（88.62±6.88）, compared with a line of rehabilitation treatment of the control group total effective rate 75%, the quality of life scores（74.45±6.38）, statistically significant difference between group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The massage acupuncture combined rehabilitation training can significantly improve the stroke sequelae of therapeutic effect and quality of life, is worth popularizing in clinical nursing work.
