摘要
采用聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG2000)与二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)合成一系列不同异氰酸指数(R值)的预聚体,用对苯二胺(PPDA)进行扩链反应,扩链系数为1.0,合成了聚氨酯弹性体(PUE),并进行热失重(TG)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)分析和力学性能测试。结果表明,随着R值的增加,硬段含量增加,PUE的耐热性逐渐变差;断裂伸长率、拉伸强度和结晶度均先增大后减小,且在R值为1.6时最大。
A series of NCO terminated prepolymers with different isocyanate index (R ) were synthesized by polytetrahydrofuran polyol ( PTMG2000 ) and diphenyl-methane-diisocyanate ( MD1). The polyurethane elastomer (PUE) was synthesized by the prepolymers chain extended with&phenylenediamine(PPDA),while the chain exten-sion coefficient was 1. 0. The synthesized samples of PUE were characterized by thermal gravity(TG),Fourier trans-form infrared spectrometer(FT-1R), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and mechanical properties test. The results showed that the heat resistance decreased with the value of R increased while the content of hard segment increased. The elonga-tion at break, tensile strength and crystallinity of PUE samples reached maximum values when R was 1.6.
