摘要 采用10 L袋式法对聚氨酯泡沫中挥发性有机物进行测试,分别探究了采样速率、样品尺寸、加热温度以及采样方向等因素对车用聚氨酯泡沫材料中的苯系物测试结果的影响。结果表明,采样速率对苯系物测试结果几乎无影响,而样品尺寸、加热温度以及采样方向对苯系物的测试结果影响较大。通过这些因素的考察,可以为相关工作者在处理不同汽车主机厂要求的测试结果时提供一定的参考。 The effects ol sampling rate,sample size,processing temperature and sampling direction on the de-termination ol benzene series compound in vehicle polyurethane foam were investigated using 10 L Tedlar bag to test volatile organic compound(VOC). The results showed that the sampling rate had little effect on the test. However, the sample size,processing temperature and sampling direction had a great influence on the results. Thus,the re-search findings may offer some references for relevant workers engaged in VOC detection.
