An Overview of Working Memory Research in Sentence Comprehension of Second Language Acquisition

工作记忆是近年来二语习得研究领域的重点课题。本文讨论了工作记忆与短时记忆的区别和联系,介绍了工作记忆的理论模型,阐述了工作记忆与句子理解的测量工具,总结评论了国内外近20年来二语习得中的工作记忆与句子理解和加工的研究现状,并分析了未来二语习得视域下句子理解中的工作记忆研究的发展趋势。

Working memory is one of the central issues in psycholinguistics. This paper analyzes the difference and relationship between short -term memory and working memory, describes the theoretical models of working memory,expounds working memory span tasks？ ERP researches and eye movement technology in sentence processing. The paper also summarizes some influential studies on working memory- in sentence comprehension of second language acquisition at home and abroad during the past several dec-ades, and concludes with some prediction of prospects for future working memory research in sentence comprehension of second language acquisition.
