Evaluation on application effect of regional collaborative nursing distance education module

[目的]评价区域协同护理远程教育模块的应用效果,找出改进、完善模块的关键措施,不断完善模块的功能和质量,提高模块的应用效果。[方法]对加入盛京医疗联盟护理信息化网络平台的54家医院进行问卷调查,计算模块使用者的满意度,对使用前后评价指标进行检验,根据结果提出远程教育模块的改进意见。[结果]远程教育模块的总体满意度达到88.08%;模块的互动性和兼容性在使用后实际使用感受得分与使用前的重要程度认知得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]模块基本满足了联盟医院护士的培训需求,其互动性和教育资源的多样性需日后完善。

Objective To evaluate the application effect of the regional collaborative nursing distance education module,find out key measures to improve and perfect themodule, constantly improve the function and quality of the module^and improve the application effect of the module. Methods： Questionnaire survey was conducted for a total of 54 hospitals joined the Shengjing Medical Alliance information network platform,and calcuisfaction of user to module. It tested the evaluation index before and after using, made suggestions for improve-ment of distance education module according to the results. Results： The overall satisfaction of distance education module had reached 88. 08 %,he interaction and compatibility of module in the use of actual use of difference between the score and the degree of cognitive experience before use was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Con-clusion： The modules had basically met the training needs of the union hospital nurses and the interaction and diversity of educational resources of it needed to be improved in the future.
