近年来,我国钢铁工业得到了快速发展,中厚板是钢铁产品中的重要组成部分。我国不断地调节产业结构,普通的钢板无法满足越来越高的要求,因此,高强度和高附加值的中厚钢板需求量不断加大。而这些质量优异的钢板都是来源于热处理炉对钢板进行的二次加热处理,以此推动了热处理炉自动控制系统的产生和发展。论文介绍了辊底式热处理炉自动控制系统的主要构成与应用,为辊底式热处理炉自动控制系统的广泛应用提供参考。

Nowadays our country＇s steel industry has been rapid development, the heavy plate steel is an important part of iron and steel products.However, the industrial structure has been adjusted constantly in our country, the ordinary steel plate can＇t satisfy the increasingly requirement already.And then the requirement of the heavy plate steel with high strength and high value-added is increasing.Moreover, these excellent quality steel are processed by twice heating treatment with roller hearth furnace, which is also promote the generation and development of automatic control system for roller hearth furnace.This paper introduces the main structure and its application of roller hearth heat treatment system,provding the reference to roller hearth heat treatment system application.
