摘要
当前人们生活水平不断提高,在城市中出现了不少高端住宅小区,而BIM技术是一项全方位的立体概念,对整个建筑工程的设计、施工以及后期的维护运营起到重要作用。论文以上海市松江区某高端住宅小区为例,分析BIM技术在高端住宅小区中的应用,BIM技术对建筑工程具有很强的指导作用,值得大力推广应用。
With constantly improvement of people＇s living, there are more and more high-end residential communities in city, while the BIM technology is a comprehensive concept for the whole construction engineering design and construction,and play an important role for maintenance in the operation stage.Taking a high-end residential community in Songjiang district Shanghai city, this paper analysis the application of BIM technology in high-end residential community, which has a strong practical significance for architecture, is worth delving into the discussion.
