目的在手术室临床护理中有效的运用人性化护理,可以有效舒缓手术患者焦虑不安的情绪,减轻心理压力,从而使患者以最佳的心态,更好的配合手术治疗工作。方法通过对手术患者进行术前护理、术中护理、术后护理来提高护理质量,降低手术风险,保证生命质量。结果将"以人为本"、"以病人为中心"的人性化护理贯穿于整个手术过程,不仅使医护人员的护理水平和工作热情得以提高,而且提高了手术的成功率,让患者对术后恢复增强信心,安全感倍增,得到满意的护理服务。结论人性化护理使患者可以在最佳的状态下进行手术,最大程度地保障了患者的安全,使其早日恢复健康。

Objective With the effective use of humanization nursing in clinical nursing in the operating room, patients can effectively relieve anxious mood, alleviate psychological pressure, so that the patients can cooperate better wit h surgical treatment with the best state of mind. Methods Through the preoperative nursing care, intraoperative nursing, postoperative nursing care to improve nursing quality, reduce the operation risk, ensure the quality of life. Results With the humanized nursing of ＂people-oriented＂ and ＂patient-centered＂ throughout the whole operation process, not only the level of nursing and work enthusiasm of the medical staff but also the success rate of surgery are improved, which help the patients enhance the confidence and sense of security and get a satisfactory nursing service. Conclusion Humanized nursing can make patients surgery in the best condition, protect the safety of the patients to the greatest extent, make the patients an early recovery.
