摘要
为实现工程机械的节能减排,以常林955N型装载机为原机型,完成了并联式液压混合动力系统的结构设计,并对液压蓄能器、变量泵/电机以及动力耦合器进行了参数匹配。为验证液压再生系统关键元部件参数匹配的合理性,基于MATLAB/Simulink软件建立混合动力装载机的仿真模型。仿真结果表明,进行参数匹配后,混合动力系统能满足原车牵引特性的需求,液压蓄能器能有效回收和再利用制动能量,液压再生系统能为装载机的工作装置和行走装置提供辅助的功率。
In order to achieve the energy saving of construction machinery, in this paper, based on Changlin 955N wheel loader as the original model, the structural design of parallel hydraulic hybrid system has been built. What's more, the parameters matching of a hydraulic accumulator, variable displacement pump / motor and a power coupler has been completed. To verify the rationality of parameters matching for key components of this system, based on MAT- LAB/Simulink software, the simulation model of hybrid power loader has been created. The simulation results showed that, after finishing the parameters match, the hybrid power system can meet the needs of the original car traction char- acteristics, and the hydraulic accumulator can effectively recover and reuse braking energy, and then the hydraulic re- generation system can provide an auxiliary power for the loader working device and the traveling mechanism.
