摘要
随车液压挖掘机是一种可用于河道清淤、垃圾清理等的环卫机械。双瓣液压抓斗作为挖掘机的工作装置,具有良好的使用性能才可以更好地满足工作需求,提高工作效率。研究了一种双瓣液压抓斗的工作性能,包括分析抓斗的受力情况,通过SolidWorks创建三维模型和导入ADAMS运动仿真软件进行运动学分析。研究得到了抓斗的运动轨迹,并分析了底板切削刃口的运动速度、加速度等参数,得出切削刃口最大受力时刻。
