新生儿肺炎患儿血小板参数、炎症因子及心肌酶谱水平的变化及意义

The changes and significance of platelet parameters,inflammatory factors and myocardial enzyme levels in infants with mycoplasma pneumonia

目的探究肺炎支原体感染新生患儿血小板参数、炎症因子及心肌酶谱水平的变化及临床意义。方法选取本院收治的46例肺炎支原体感染急性期肺炎新生儿作为急性期组,45例肺炎支原体感染恢复期肺炎新生儿作为恢复期组和44例健康新生儿作为对照组,检测3组新生儿的血小板参数、炎症因子及心肌酶谱水平。结果肺炎恢复期组新生患儿炎症因子(TNF-α、PCT、CRP)、心肌酶谱(LDH、CK、CK-MB、AST)以及血小板参数(MPV、PDW、PCT)显著低于急性期组,但高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肺炎恢复期组新生患儿PLT水平显著高于急性期组,但低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺炎支原体感染新生患儿不同时期血小板参数、炎症因子及心肌酶谱水平发生显著改变,对病情判断和疾病治疗具有临床意义。

Objective To explore the changes and significance of platelet parameters,inflammatory factors and myocardial enzyme levels in infants with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods A total of 46 infants with acute mycoplasma pneumonia were selected as acute stage group,a total of 45 recovery period infants with mycoplasma pneumonia were selected as recovery period group,and a total of 44 healthy infants were selected as control group. Platelet parameters,inflammatory factors,and myocardial enzyme levels among the 3 groups were compared. Results Platelet parameters（ LDH,CK,CK- MB and AST）,inflammatory factors（ TNF- α,procalcitonin and CRP）,and myocardial enzyme levels（ MPV,PDW and PCT） of infants with mycoplasma pneumonia in recovery period group were significantly lower than that of acute stage group,but significantly higher than the control group,with the differences statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. PLT of infants with mycoplasma pneumonia in recovery period group was significantly higher than that of the acute stage group,but significantly lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The changes of platelet parameters,inflammatory factors,and myocardial enzyme levels in infants with mycoplasma pneumonia have been found. There is of great significance in the diagnosis and treatment.
