泸州市2015年食品安全风险监测理化结果分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的了解泸州市食品中主要化学污染物及有害因素的污染水平和趋势,及时发现食品安全隐患并确定危害因素的分布和可能来源,为采取相应的风险管控和监管措施提供科学依据。方法从泸州市不同地点食品流通环节购买食品样品,按照《食品安全国家标准》、《食品卫生检验方法》和2015年《食品安全风险监测工作手册》等的相关检测方法进行检测分析。结果共检测食品类样品215份,其中199份合格,合格率为92.56%;不合格样品和指标为谷物制品和水产动物制品中的铝、肉与肉制品中的五氯酚钠和亚硝酸钠、蔬菜中的汞、氯氰菊酯和3-羟基克百威。结论泸州市2015年食品安全风险监测理化指标合格率较高,但部分食品仍存在较高的安全风险,应采取针对性措施进一步加强重点环节监管,确保本市食品安全。 Objective To investigate the pollution level and trend of major chemical pollutants and the harmful factors in food in Luzhou,and to timely identify the distribution and possible sources of harmful factors,so as to provide scientific basis for taking effective control measures. Methods Food samples were purchased from the food circulation in Luzhou. All the samples were detected and analyzed according to National Standards for Food Safety,Food Hygiene Inspection Methods and Handbook of Food Safety Risk Monitoring in 2015. Results 215 food samples were detected,and 199 samples were qualified with the qualification rate of 92. 56%. The unqualified samples and indexes were aluminum from baked goods,aquatic animals and their products,pentachlorophenol sodium and sodium nitrite from meat and meat products,mercury,cypermethrin and 3- hydroxycarbofuran from vegetable and its products. Conclusion Food qualified rates were high in Luzhou in 2015,but some food still had a higher security risk. Specific measures should be taken to ensure the food safety in our city.
